Overview
Barefoot Live are an events company whom we have worked with for many years. Among their clients are an African Charitable Foundation who’s mission is to improve the lives of Africans all over the continent.
They do this by incentivising African leaders to be better governors of their country through various initiatives. Every two years they put on large free concerts, featuring the very best African artists as well as a football match featuring the local teams. This year’s took place in Marrakech.
Challenge
We were tasked with creating branding for this overall event, encapsulating the feeling of African culture and creating excitement. We created a vibrant colour palette and incorporated rich African textures, creating assets for multiple touch-points including: posters, website incorporating live feed of the events, web banners and ticketing.
Outcomes
This event was deemed a great success, as demonstrated by the participation of thousands of Africans, enjoying these free to view events and feeling pride in being African.
